Network Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the HotelConnect24.com booking network, operated and owned by BigMedia24 Dynamics Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By registering your property with HotelConnect24.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

Partner
Any hotel, resort, B&B, villa, holiday home, or accommodation provider that has been registered, reviewed, and formally approved by us to join the Network.

 

Network
The proprietary booking and distribution ecosystem comprising more than 1,000 booking portals owned and operated exclusively by BigMedia24 Dynamics Ltd., alongside HotelConnect24.com’s direct-booking engine.

1.Bookings made through the Network are subject to our transparent, fixed maximum 10% commission rate.

2. All Network bookings include our full support service and guest travel cancellation protection at no extra cost.

 

Third-Party Channels
External distribution platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) which may be connected via iCal or similar interfaces at the Partner’s discretion.

1.No commission is charged by HotelConnect24 on bookings made via these channels.

2. Synchronization speed is determined by the third-party provider (e.g., every 15 minutes).

3. Service level agreements and support obligations are defined by the third-party provider.

4. Liability disclaimer: We accept no responsibility for booking discrepancies, availability mismatches, or cancellations originating from third-party channels.

 

Commission
The fixed percentage fee (maximum 10%) retained from each booking completed through our Network.

 

Payout
The net amount transferred to the Partner after the Commission is deducted.

2. Participation & Registration

Free Registration

  • Joining the Network is entirely free—no setup costs, subscription fees, or minimum term obligations.

 

Approval Process

  • Upon receiving your property registration via HotelConnect24 Registration Form, we review the information within 72 hours.

  • If approved, your property becomes an official Network Partner with immediate listing capabilities.

 

Accuracy of Information

  • Partners must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date details at all times.

  • Misrepresentation or outdated information may result in suspension or termination.

3. Partner Obligations

  • Inventory & Pricing: Ensure real-time accuracy for room availability, pricing, and booking restrictions via our Cockpit or PMS connection.

  • Content & Imagery: Provide high-quality, legally compliant descriptions and images to optimize guest engagement.

  • Legal Compliance: Maintain all applicable licenses, tax registrations, safety certifications, and consumer protection compliance.

  • Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries and modification requests promptly and professionally.

4. Distribution & Marketing

  • We distribute your inventory exclusively through our Network of over 1,000 proprietary portals and our direct-booking engine.

  • There are no additional marketing fees—distribution is included in your Commission.

  • At our discretion, we may feature your property in marketing campaigns, newsletters, or metasearch advertising to boost exposure.

5. Commission & Payouts

  • Commission Rate: Maximum 10% on each booking confirmed through the Network.

  • No Hidden Fees: The agreed Commission is the only fee for standard Network distribution.

  • Payout Schedule: We remit 90% of the booking value (net of applicable taxes and fees) on the same banking day the guest completes payment.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Processed according to your stated cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, are deducted from future payouts or invoiced separately.

6. Term & Termination

  • Term: These Terms remain in effect for as long as you are an active Partner in the Network.

  • Termination by Partner: You may terminate at any time via your Cockpit or in writing. Distribution ceases within 24 hours.

  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate immediately for any breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or failure to meet legal requirements.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • Our Liability: Limited to the total Commission you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by Irish law.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your provided content, non-compliance, or breach of these Terms.


8. Intellectual Property

  • We grant Partners a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the HotelConnect24 and BigMedia24 trademarks and logos strictly per our Brand Guidelines.

  • All other intellectual property, including portal technology, branding, and software, remains our sole property.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website.

  • Significant changes will be communicated via email and/or your Cockpit account.

  • Continued use of the Network after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
